We recently moved my mother into Brookdale Mandarin, and the experience has been wonderful from the very beginning. Making the decision to move a loved one into assisted living is never easy, but the staff made the transition smooth and reassuring for our entire family.<br><br>The community is clean, welcoming, and has a warm atmosphere that immediately made my mom feel comfortable. The caregivers are attentive, compassionate, and genuinely seem to care about the residents. It’s clear that the team takes pride in creating a safe and engaging environment.<br><br>What has impressed us most is the communication and professionalism of the leadership team. Questions are answered promptly, concerns are addressed, and you can tell the residents’ well-being is their top priority.<br><br>My mother has already started participating in activities, making new friends, and seems happier and more active than she has been in quite some time. Knowing she is well cared for gives our family tremendous peace of mind.<br><br>We are grateful for the kindness and dedication shown by everyone at Brookdale Mandarin and would highly recommend this community to families looking for quality assisted living for their loved ones.

We just had the time of our lives!!!!! The staff challenged the residents to a Wii Bowl championship and we won every game. The staff cried back to their duties. If you are looking for place where the staff cares, check out Brookdale Mandrin 10790 Oldest Augustine Rd 32257 I’m glad I did

I’ve helped families tour and meet with the administration team. Brookdale mandarin is very proactive to address all concerns that arise and to make sure that families and residents get the best care possible. Residents are always smiling, staff is very knowledgeable, it’s a joy to be here. Highly recommend.

About 5 months ago my mother and stepfather moved in. It wasn't easy getting them to agree because its a big change. After my mother's latest fall and neither one of them being able to keep up with their meds we knew it was time. Ive gotta give a big shout out to Janice with Brookdale for getting me through those difficult days. She went above and beyond! She is an angel. Everyone there said they would be happy when they settled in and they were right. They love everyone there! My mother really loves the food. They have both gained over 20 pounds, lol. Everybody is very kind. It was the best decision we could have made. Before they were living in Keystone Heights and now they are down the road from me so I can pop in anytime. Yesterday my stepfather fell down outside (fortunately in the grass) and everyone was right on it. He probably had at least 6 women from Brookdale taking care of him and making sure he was OK. I was really impressed with them all. They really care about their residents. If he hadnt been so embarrassed he probably would have enjoyed the attention. They also have plenty of activities every day. Now there is no reason for them to drive anymore and that makes us family members sleep a lot better at night. Everything they need is right there or within a few blocks. Another thing I noticed is the people that work there seem to know all of the residents by name. I like that.
