Now I would like to review the management and general staff at Bartley's. First the Social Services team. They went above and beyond for my wife and I. When we were looking at going back to a house that offered no safe haven, the stepped up and helped is become permanent residents at Bartley. Amazing group of people! The general staff is just as great from the house keeping staff to the kitchen staff. Always there when you need them providing amazing support. The entertainment at Bartley's is par none From coffee time in the morning to polerat might to bingo and a whole array of other activities for the mind and general fun. Bartley's is the rehab facility you want to be at if you are in need of one. No higher recommendation can be given for this rehab center

The staff at Bartley's is one of the best collection of nurses, patient care people, doctor's, nurse practitioners, and general staff you will ever have the privilege to meet and be cared by. Care fory wife and I have exceeded my expectations. The nursing staff are always ready to help and they have gone above and beyond for both of us countless times. The physical therapy department here is staffed with the most. Caring and professional people you will find anywhere. They are an amazing group of hard working caring people you can count on to aid you in getting better at your pace. No rushing, justa caring pace that is best for you. Should you ever need a rehab center, there can be no better choice than Bartley's. A number 1 to fit an meet your every need.

I was in Bartley Healthcare for 100 days, so I feel I can give an honest review. I cannot speak of long term permanent care or the dementia unit. I only experienced Dogwood. First I have to say the nurses and aids were amazing. For the most part they were friendly, helpful and kind. I would like to especially thank the following Nurses: Kellie M, Molly, Deborah M, Caroline C, Luanne c Lead aids Ray and Rodel who are amazing and so hard working Aids: Kayla, Amanda, Lauren, Courtney, Latraya, also Mike and Asia, who are agency but there often. PT and OT Jeff, Lisa, Carrie, Steve, and Mada My biggest complaint is the food. Cold powdered eggs is not edible. At best food is warm unless you eat in the dining room. There is a new food director, so hopefully Abdul will make the improvements he wants. All in all I would recommend Bartley and would return if necessary. Remember this is only the Dogwood unit. I’ve heard things about the others not so pleasant, but I can’t say personally. Thank you Nate for checking in most days. Hopefully you have improved the WiFi as you said you were. It was atrocious.

Bartley Healthcare has done a tremendous job with my mom, particularly in the area of physical therapy. After two very bad experiences at other facilities, I knew that I had to choose a facility that could really step up and help her. My mom has had a hell of a time since October 2025. She ended up inpatient in the hospital four times, followed by another four inpatient admissions to rehabilitation. My mom really liked the facility, especially the staff. She felt well taken care of and the staff was very responsive.aShebnev3r felt neglected. She was treated with dignity. Probably most importantly, she felt safe. I believe she did well because of the environment and skillset of the staff. Dave S.
