Our caregiver AMA was amazing, she got along perfectly with our Aunt. AMA was not only professional, she was like a family member to us all. She was always there for our Aunt & took exceptional care of her every day she was there. We can’t thank her enough for the services she provided our family. May God bless her.

Joanne and Fernando, the owners, were compassionate, professional and courteous. They listened and provided us the perfect Aide for our needs. Our Aide was an angel! We could not have gotten through this difficult time without him. He was excellent. I highly recommend Shore HomeCare Services. The Best.

Shore Home Care is the real deal. I learned the owner Fernando actually started his company after being a caregiver himself. It shows as he is very caring and treats his staff like family. If your loved one is in need of home care, Shore is the way to go.

1 star is too much. Their live in was not good. Waste of money. We weren't paying for her to sleep on the couch during the day or sit around playing on her phone all day. She was there to take care of my mother and interact with her. Minimally done. Did not wash or change my mom as requested. Or brush teeth as requested. She would leave her in a dirty diaper for me to change. Never did light housekeeping. I have alot of work ahead of me cleaning now that she is gone. For the money, I do not recommend This aide was filthy. She left the bedroom that she stayed in with garbage and hair all over the white dresser when she left. The kitchen floor has food spilt on it. Never mopped up. Mom's hygiene was neglected. How do you wash someone without using wash cloths or towels? Dentures and teeth not brushed everyday. Change of moms clothes occasional. Alot of money paid for this waste. My mom would try to talk to this person only to be ignored while on her phone. I witnessed everything that I have written. See pic
