We have experienced wonderful care at Balfour, in both the Assisted Living and the Memory Care facilities. The staff is always willing to help, promptly and efficiently. They make the residents feel special, safe and comfortable, as well as the family members. The Activity Director and Memory Care Director go above and beyond, to engage the residents and keep them occupied with brain activities and entertainment, as well as outings. My Mother loves it here!

My mom is in Memory care a Balfour. After going through several stages and having to move her home, we were Blessed to find Balfour! They make her comfortable, she is busy if she wants to be. The staff informs us when needed and during our visits if anything is needed, has changed or needs to change it is handled. The facility is clean, really nice and Mom as well as us are comfortable and welcomed always! We are EXTREMELY GRATEFUL FOR EVERYTHING THE STAFF DOES, even being treated as you come in the front doors! Thank you for helping us all through these difficult stages 💜

Angela has to be one of the best Memory Care Directors I’ve ever met. From the moment I met her, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and communicated so well. She genuinely cares about the residents and their families, and it shows in every interaction. She made a lasting impression in a short amount of time.

Below a 1! Mom had poop on her and her carpet. Nobody did anything more than was in description. Lazy, more so than the clients. This place is a horror show.
