Azalea Estates of Monroe is a retirement and assisted living community in Monroe, Louisiana, offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care services. Located in North Monroe behind St. Francis Medical Center and near Lea Joyner Methodist Church, the one-story community sits on more than five landscaped acres close to shopping, hospitals, churches, and the University of Louisiana at Monroe.

Azalea Estates is a Level 3 Adult Residential Care Provider licensed by Louisiana's Department of Health and Hospitals. All residents receive nutritious meals in a restaurant-style setting, personalized care and service plans, assistance with medical appointments and transportation, and weight and blood pressure monitoring.
