My mother is 84 and almost lost her life She was in Saint Francis for 23 days.(intubated bed sores, hospital psychosis it was horrible And we knew she had a seriously hard road ahead of her to recover. Moving her to this facility Was a great choice 2 months later she’s at home walking and starting a new journey in life.. OHC and rehabs staff encouraged and cared for her and most importantly gave her hope. Anytime of the day you will see residents Out of their rooms in the halls, chatting or outside in the nice courtyard. They exceeded my expectations and deserved this raving review. If you’re struggling to make a decision where to put your loved one THIS SHOULD BE THE FIRST FACILITY you visit and you will understand why I took the time to write this in length. All of you who cared for my mother thank you so much!!! God Bless you ALL! What you did was miraculous! Housekeeping aides nurses food services Administration, physical therapy staff Groundskeepers Maintenance all of you are amazing And obviously Love what you do and it shows. Certainly, a team with great leaders! 5 STARS ALL DAY LONG! Thank you !!!

OR and Healthcare is wonderful. The administration works hard (12 hour days) to help the patients. PT & OT is the baum, very caring, proffessionals who do an excellent job. The CNAs and most of the staff are nice, caring and professional. I recomend OH&R. The food could be better.

The only reason I gave 2 stars is for the rehab therapists. The therapists there are very nice and they helped my mother really well. The staff there are CRAP!!! I would NOT recommend NOBODY who love their family members to send them to this facility. My mother just left this facility on Friday and tested positive for covid today. How many days did my mother have covid is unknown. Not only this, the workers there are rude, didn't come to her aid after pressing the help button SEVERAL TIMES, didn't allow her time needed to eat her food and had NASTY ATTITUDES!!! My mother BEGGED to get out of this place and go home because of her treatment by those staff members! How does this facility expect people to feel at ease when all these things are happening to our loved ones? How does THIS FACILITY expect people to TRUST them when they say they're going to make sure our family members who NEED help with therapy and/or assistance when they aren't able to stay in their own homes are going to be treated fairly? There are SOME good workers there but unfortunately, but the bad ones overshadowed the good ones. It's not enough for the facility to be nice and clean but the workers rude and treat older adults like children and are rude.

The staff is very polite. Most areas are very clean especially the outside!. It’s super quiet as well! The only unpleasant thing was during “Covid” with having to see patients through the front window but at the same time it was understandable. Also it would be nice if the patients could have better Wi-Fi. It’s hard seeing your love one not be able to use their devices because it’s so slow.
