From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a warm and caring team. The residents are actively involved in daily activities and truly seem happy and engaged. The building is spotless and doesn’t have that typical ‘nursing home’ feel — it feels inviting, comfortable, and full of life!

My sister was left dirty for 4 days .since I made a complaint just been having problems since then any good nursing homes else where need good recommendations please

Didn’t believe what people said about this place but it is true do not bring anybody here. My dad’s toilet had been clogged for 2 weeks and someone had to come do it themselves (not maintenance) what did they expect him to use his neighbors toilet? After I complained about this other workers came up to me and told me that it’s always like this and that I should move him to a better facility how ridiculous!!! Apparently the maintenance director is NEVER THERE AND IS ALWAYS CLOCKED IN BUT SOMEHOW CANT FIX ANYTHING the floors are DISGUSTING room floors are super sticky and I’ve heard other rooms that have multiple problems that haven’t been fixed in months! This place needs to be shutdown.

Horrible horrible company I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE they do not care for your loved ones the CNA’s do not do their jobs night shift is always sleeping in the front lobby or break room with MULTIPLE CALL LIGHTS ON they neglect residents they have sheets that don’t even fit the bed I cannot make it up housekeeping pick and choose what rooms to clean don’t even clean some rooms for days!!! Floors are HORRIBLE clothes are always going missing and nothing but drama there the fact that I can hear nothing but workers 💩talking about each other is unprofessional! Do not believe these people they will never get better they do not hold their cnas accountable about anything they do wrong IF YOU LOVE YOUR FAMILY YOU WILL NOT SEND THEM THERE!! If I have to I will include ALL PHOTOS
