The office staff does an incredible job in all aspects! Communication between them and the family as well as the client is on point. They truly work WITH the family to ensure the family member has the absolute best care possible. They are very particular about who they employ and match caretakers with clients based on needs, personality, and interest. I wouldn’t trust another company to take care of a loved one.

I've been with Home Instead for about a year. Marsha has been the best at taking care of me and making sure I always have what I need. The office did a fantastic job at sending me Victoria while Marsha is out. Misty and Stephanie do a great job at checking up on me and asking how I feel or if I have any questions. Office staff is very attentive and are on top of my VA things. I've been very blessed to have Home Instead and I couldn't thank them enough. 10/10 would recommend.

Home instead San Angelo is an incredibly gifted team of individuals who strive to ensure the clientele is given the utmost respect and support required and desired! Truly amazing! Community building is a top priority for this team! Schedule flexibility and overall understanding of how unpredictable life can be is a Godsend. Several of the team members are ready to lend an ear to listen when needed! It feels like being welcomed into a second home and being inspired to be better and do better!

It was a very emotional and chaotic time for my family when my father entered end-of-life care with Hospice. We needed additional help at night, and the staff at Home Instead San Angelo were exceptional in helping us establish care quickly and efficiently. Many of the other agencies had no availability at all, but Home Instead had several excellent care givers ready to provide night relief. They handled our frazzled and disorganized communication with patience and compassion, and helped us get to the root of what was needed for my dad's comfort and our family's sanity (special thanks to Misty and Stephanie). We are truly grateful for all of their support.
