Rio Concho Terrace

Rio Concho Terrace is an independent senior living community in San Angelo, Texas, offering amenities and services designed for those who wish to maintain their independence without the need for nursing home or extensive medical care. Residents enjoy private studio and one-bedroom apartments set within a secure, gated environment on a 17-acre downtown campus with views of the Rio Concho River. An activity director schedules and hosts events with monthly calendars published for residents.

All utilities are included in rent, along with basic cable, pest control, and access to activities and amenities. Three meals per day are served in the on-site dining room. The community maintains an on-site convenience store and provides assistance with arrangements for medical or personal care services. The location offers easy access to historic downtown San Angelo, places of worship, medical facilities, parks, shopping, and dining options.

Rio Concho Terrace is a smoke-free community and requires residents to be 62 years of age or older. The community supports affordable housing with rental assistance available to qualifying residents. Service dogs and emotional support animals are permitted if all requirements outlined in the Resident Policy Manual are met. Firearms of any description are not permitted on the property.
