Ashley Houston has been my caregiver for the past two years through the current avid agency. Ashley has followed through with providing the required hours in my service contract. She is punctual, is very respectful, considerate, attentive towards my safety and whereabouts when we are out in the community. We share good communication skills, when she is unable to my home, she informs her employer with enough time for them to find a sub. Avid health agency has always returned my phone calls promptly, they are always polite, attentive and respectful to my needs and requests.

From the moment I called and talked to Courtney (Manager) on the phone I knew I had found the right home health care service for my in-laws. So kind and friendly. Courtney came to their house and immediately we all felt so at ease. She took time to listen and find the right care person for them, and then a week later brought coffee to my in laws out of the blue! 100% would recommend their services!
