The nurses on my hall are perfect and always had my medication on time and they go out their way to help him. I'm truly grateful for the therapy team and everyone else here they took time and helped saved my leg.

All the staff in activity are entertaining, caring, loving and attentive. Meya is very caring too and so helpful. Cna Fatima is also the best and she always take some to time talk with and make sure im doing well. The Cna Irlande is also the best too and we are always joking around together. Also, the nurse Isreal is the best too and always working hard and nurse Jimmy and nurse Marie both always goes out their way to help everybody as well. Nurse Marie is always attentive for all the years that ive known her. Ive been here for some years and these people are truly the best.

One of my favorite things is the birthdays parties at the end the month that the activities department does. There's always live entertainment and great food. I also love the therapy team and other residents. I have been for a long time and this place is the best

I'm writing this review as a family member advocating for my loved one who is currently a resident here. While I recognize new management is in place and change takes time, the issues I'm observing require urgent attention. Staffing Crisis - Many individual staff members seem willing to help, but there's no cohesive support structure. I've witnessed staff fail to support each other, creating dangerous gaps in care. Most alarming was overhearing the physical therapy team refuse to help a new patient because "it wasn't their job." This siloed mentality is unacceptable in healthcare. The facility needs an immediate hiring blitz—I'd recommend adding at least 30% more floor staff, and management needs to get out of their constant meetings and work directly with residents. Critical Medication Safety Issues. My loved one has missed multiple medication doses since admission. Even more concerning, I've learned medications are reportedly being given to other residents when supplies run short. This is a serious safety violation that requires immediate investigation. Unacceptable Environmental Conditions - Overwhelming smell of soiled linens throughout the facility - Human waste left in room - Basic hygiene protocols are clearly not being followed - No Pillow case on the plastic covered pillow provided Management Issues Management appears perpetually in meetings with no visible results on the floor. Meanwhile, residents' basic needs go unmet. Leadership needs to be present, visible, and actively solving problems—not isolated in conference rooms. Nursing Staff—The Only Bright Spot About 1/3 of the nursing staff are truly excellent—compassionate, professional, and attentive. My concern is that these good nurses will leave due to lack of support and unsustainable working conditions. If management doesn't act quickly, they'll lose the few quality staff members keeping this place afloat. Accountability Problems Very few staff, if any, wear name tags, and many won't give their names when asked. This makes it impossible to provide specific feedback or report concerns about particular interactions. "You need Eric,' I was told and heard someone behind me say "Good Luck." Actions I've Taken I am filing a formal grievance with the facility and am now working with to get in contact with the state long-term care ombudsman. I believe in constructive feedback and am giving them the opportunity to improve, but I'm also documenting everything to protect my loved one. To Other Families: Please tour multiple facilities before making a decision. Ask detailed questions about staffing ratios, management presence on the floor, and how they handle complaints. Check recent state inspection reports. Your loved one deserves better than what I'm currently witnessing here. I will update this review if I see meaningful improvements during our stay.
