they are unable to honest with you if their is an issue that needs to be addressed they just hide it management hides it from you as well till it comes to a head an nothing can fix it when it could had been addressed and fixed if brought to my attention yes i do some bad things but they can be addressed and possible fixed but instead people like to run instead of working things out running is best for them i don't run i wan to work things out if they can be worked out not everything can be worked out but i like to try but can't when no one feels they want to bring it to your attention which happen here i would work both of the people again but trust would have to be rebuilt over time
