My mother is receiving very good care at Avenues at Quad Cities. She loves the staff and they always speak of her with respect. She definitely misses the former Social Services Director, Liz, who has taken another position with the new company. But Liz always makes sure to stop in and see mom when there. With a big hug and caring words, she brightens my mom's day. The facility, though old and somewhat worn, is always clean. The nurses and aids always respond quickly and cheerfully if my mom needs assistance.

The staff is so very kind and really cares about their residents. Liz, the social worker, was absolutely fantastic. She forms a special bond with all of the residents and goes above and beyond. I was so sad when she took another position within the company! However, she still took the time to visit with my brother on his birthday this month! That was so incredibly kind and it meant so much to me! I live out of state, and I feel so fortunate to have a wonderful team of staff looking after my brother! Amy, the BOM is also a real gem. She is very dedicated and keeps the home running smoothly! If you or a relative have to be in long term care, this is a great place to be!

I did a surprise tour of the building and was very surprised how clean it was. The staff was engaged with the residents. I can see why they are a 5 star facility.

HORRIBLE PLACE THEY ABUSE THE ELDERLY RESIDENTS THE PLACE STINKS Aspen Rehab and Healthcare, 1403 9th Ave., Silvis, was fined $25,000 and cited for 10 licensure violations related to the choking death of a 62-year-old man Oct. 10, 2020. This place should be shutdown

Very caring and compassionate employees. Outstanding staff. They are personal with each client. Explain every move they are doing with the client. My mother was treated very well here.
