IF I COULD RATE THIS PLACE A -100 I WOULD IN A HEARTBEAT! I am absolutely horrified by the conditions at this facility. The lack of basic cleanliness, maintenance, and resident care is deeply concerning. We found a massive structural gap in the flooring that poses a serious tripping hazard for residents using walkers. Even worse, the facility has a severe pest infestation. We caught ants crawling in large numbers all over the bedding and actively swarming a resident's arm and blanket, leaving them with visible skin irritation. The administration is failing to provide a safe, sanitary, and humane environment. A formal report has been made to the state department of health and the Ombudsman. Do not trust this place with your loved ones. The Physical abuse that goes on there is a whole other story due to hippa law I am unable to show the pictures of the abuse that goes on there ! If you are a worker here, And you just let these things go on without standing up and being an advocate for the residence. Shame on you.!!

Yeah i got a call about a family member of mine i return the call a minute later apparently the nurse is nowhere to be found so they take a message for me. i waited four hours until i finally had to call around to find where they were at, i did find them but allure never called me back about what had happened, and with what information i found out that did happen to my family member the nurse should’ve immediately called me back. i am very unhappy.

My father has been a resident of this facility just over a year, I was very nervous at first, but, upon arriving the CNA's went above and beyond for myself and my dad to ensure his comfort. An aid name "Q" inparticular was my saving grace. When I first met him, I knew, when he was working I didn't have to worry about my dad being taken care of. He was always informative regarding updates of my father. During lunch or dinner time he would be among the other aids passing out meals and interacting with all the residents, whether it was singing, dancing with them, talking about sports. He genuinely cares about these people AND their families. I don't have a negative thing to say about any of the staff, neither nurses or aids, especially Q. He is mine and my dad's favorite staff member.

There is one of my absolute favorite CNA's Q who I found out they let go(which is the case alot here!)😪He was always uplifting to his patients and he did a fantastic job!I am truly sad that he isn't here because he used to check in with me and ask me if I was ok when he saw me down &would play games with us&had me laughing soo hard my cheeks hurt&that is sooo needed here!Anyone lucky enough to have him as an employee would be so lucky(he's one in a million!)hee had cute nicknames and I will miss hearing mine&yelling Q-WELL back at him! I miss his care, compassion &ability to make residents smile&laughing!I hope that he can come back,it's just not the same without him!😞miss him soo much!
