Kelly Fowler is an amazing person. Ive lived here for over a year. And she is fair. When it comes to people pleasing you can only do so much. I know!! And she'll tell you like it is. And yes they have been issues at times..but shes always on it. And you may not like the outcome! Your nice to her shes nice to you! As far as the building. There working on it..things like that take time. Let me tell you ive never done without heat or air. If there is a issue. They fix them.

I live at Aventine at Skylyn and absolutely love it here. The staff is so nice and very helpful. The maintenance team are wonderful. Everyone does the extra mile to make you comfortable in your living space. The new management team have really made a huge difference in the past year and are continuing to make continuous positive changes. Check this place out they great rental rates with included utilities!!!

I am happy living at Aventine Skylyn. I have a one bedroom apartment. Our community manager and staff are very helpful. Vacant apartments are being completely renovated so they will be ready for new tenants.

I came to view these and the pics are DEFINITELY NOT what the property look like for real , the parking was a obstacle course of potholes , I saw one which was questionable and then BOOM went around the corner and 15 more window units ( means no central air ) the apartments look like the smell like old dirty socks and roaches , idky these apartments are open they should be condemned !!! There were tombstones on the premises meaning that people were buried there 😮 it looks likes it use to be a old retirement home or something idk but RUNNNNNNNNNN FAR AWAY DO NOT RENT HERE CAUSE WTH 🤦🏾♀️

Nasty nasty place! Dog poop and urine in hallways. Can't seem to keep leasing managers or maintenance men. Heat and air don't work half the time. Office personnel rude. Parking lot full of potholes. Very outdated place. Move here if you want a dump
