My Dad was on hospice for just 12 hours but I will say Hannah met me through the overnight service she was quick to jump on the phone and help me get something back on track and then the next morning she was the same nurse that took my call that my father had passed. She was so caring and had so much empathy for my mother and our family. She took such good care of my father and made sure he was transported with dignity.

I would not recommend this ace to anyone !!! Im a caregiver for a elderly stroke patient whom was using their services .The man suffered from a septic kidney infection due to these people and after i took him to the ER and took him off Hospice The HR worker made a report to DHR on me . After getting him off Hospice he was admitted for 3 days due to a septic kidney infection and when i gave him his first bath it took a hour if me washing his head to get the yellow stuff off his scalp and get the oil out of his hair then It took me 2 hours just to clean his ears due to soap and wax and whatever else that was coming out of his ears . His feet was never washed skin was falling off , skin on body was so dry .. These people don't care about their patients , they only care about the money !!!! The only good and professional nurse was Kelly ...
