Great Rehab hospital.fantastic room couch and chair. For my visitors. Nursing staff was great also.

This was my third stay at Aventura Aurora and for the most part, it was a very positive experience for me. Most of the staff were very friendly and professional and went above and beyond the norm to see to my needs. Especially Stacey and Jason in the social services office and Ashley, the administrator, who listened to my concerns and acted on them quickly. CNAs Coral and D.J and nurses JoAnne and Leanne are in my opinion the best in the nursing staff. The food is very good, and there are a number of alternate options if the planned meal is not to you liking. The facility is very clean and the physical therapy staff are helpful and encouraging.

Nursing home workers are some of the hardest working and compassionate people of all time. They often get overlooked in recognition and appreciation. I’d like to recognize a few of the staff members at Avantara Aurora for their tireless efforts to make residents feel valued and cared for. CNA‘s Christina, Yolanda, Olga, Nakina and Jessica. RN’s Laura and Amaka , Kim in laundry services and Abby in housekeeping. I also want to recognize and thank the activities staff Paula and Karl who are incredibly kind and are forever engaging residents with games and activities that keep them active, happy and engaged.
