have visited a patient at Avamere of Clackamas recently on several occasions and witnessed the maintenance man wearing a front faced baby carrier on himself with an infant approximately 5mo old while working. He was drilling walls, painting and doing other maintenance tasks with the baby in the carrier. Later I saw him with 2 more children, approximate ages 3 & 5 years of age. He came in the building from outside and took each child to the restroom and then walked them outside, passing the administrator's office. He took the 2 older children to a detached wood like structure that appeared to be a shed. He returned to the building with the infant in the carrier and not the other 2 children again passing the administrator's office and continued working. It was obvious the administrator is aware and is okay with the children being there. This is very concerning and I am shocked that this is allowed. I am deeply concerned for these children and am seriously considering contacting Child Protective Services
