The exterior and clean rooms are a nice facade to cover the lack of caring and training for their nurses and staff. The physical therapy team is outstanding and the food is good but the staff handling the day to day care of patients is mediocre at best. If you don't have family who can be coming in several times a day to check their condition then count on your loved one being mildly neglected and sitting in their own waste for several hours each day. This facility is in great need of more training and staffing.

It was great touring and visiting the Autumn Lane facility while getting information on next steps for my mother's possible admittance. The staff were all very friendly, open, and attentive. They addressed all of my concerns , questions, and more. I feel they truly understand the difficult decisions that are being made and are empathetic towards my family's next steps and needs. The facility was very clean and airy. Special thanks to Yoshanda Pitts!

My Mother was admitted for rehabilitation from a fall. Her improvement is 10 gold. I can not say enough about the kindness, quality of care and phenomenal staff. We are so blessed to have Autumn Lane in our corner for the road to recovery.

My Sister & I had to make a decision to place our Dad into a Skilled Nursing Center back in July. Our decision was to place him at Autumn Lane and we have no regrets. The Administrator and Staff were extremely helpful & compassionate. He had one of the best CNAs that could get him to do things that we could not get him to do. During the time that our Dad's life was transitioning, we could not have asked for the Staff to be so sympathetic. I would highly recommend this Center.

When. I think of a nursing home I have thoughts of concrete block walls, odor of urine and rows of helpless people waiting to die- in a word: depressing. When my family member recently required a nursing home we found Autum Lane and discovered a pristine nearly new facility with folks with positive can-do attitudes. The room is attractively decorated and the management is accessible to hear concerns and quick to address them. Can’t think of a better situation in what are otherwise hard times- 5 stars! and thanks.
