I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ashley, the Director of Hospitality. From the moment my loved one arrived, Ashley went above and beyond to make sure they felt comfortable, supported, and cared for. Her kindness, compassion, and genuine concern for both patients and families truly set her apart. She always took the time to listen, help, and make us feel like family. Thank you, Ashley, for making such a positive difference during our loved one’s recovery. You are truly appreciated!

My brother was there for a little over a month. He had a lot of frustrations with the kitchen staff and trays. However, Ashley from Hospitality went above and beyond for him everyday, including when she was off. If my brother called her and had a concern she answered and took care of it immediately. She even bought him dinner weekly, snacks, drinks, toiletries and etc. You can tell she advocates for her patients and it does not go unnoticed or unappreciated! I hope the conpany knows they have an outstanding Director and this 5-star review is because of her. Thank you Ashley!

My mom was there for rehab for a few months and the PT team they have there are incredible and really helped my mom become stronger and able to return home. They have some very good aids such as Mary and Bertha. Colleen the unit manager was very nice and helped us with anything that we needed in a timely manner. I would like to say a HUGE thank you to Ashley there Hospitality Director! We spoke every day and she was there for my mom every step of the way! She was there for our family and went above and beyond. Going to a rehab can be very scary but she made my mom feel comfortable from the very beginning and we knew our mother was in great hands and safe with Ashley there with her. She even checks in with my mom weekly to see how she is doing. SHE IS AN ASSET! Thank you for taking such good care of my mom.

I am patient here at Autumn Lakes at old bridge and I felt very welcome when I got here. Ashley from Hospitality immediately made feel very welcome and comfortable with a beautiful welcome basket with items I needed. She helped me whenever I needed help and when I was getting a new pics line she stayed and held my hand to help me through it. She makes sure I go to therapy and brings me delicious coffee every single day and when I don’t like something she goes out and gets it for me. Very grateful for her. Evelyn was also such a great help and brings me breakfast and coffee. Dan is amazing in PT. Ashley also communicates with my daughter everyday.

My mom was recently at Autumn Lake 7 wks for rehab. She had such a great experience with PT/OT who she thought helped her tremendously with her strength and recovery process. Ashley, Director of Hospitality was amazing, extremely helpful, hardworking, friendly and truly caring throughout her entire stay. Ashley went out of her way helping my mom with all her needs and it was very comforting to me knowing my mom was in great hands when Ashley was there. My mom couldn’t say enough great things about Ashley. Evelyn, Director of Admissions was terrific, very informative and communicated very well with us. SW was also wonderful who helped with resources she needed before discharge. My mom said she had a very good experience with many of the nurses and aids who were very caring and had such a positive attitude, esp the full-time Day nurses and aids. You may have to be more patient waiting longer to get assistance with nurses and aids esp at night, weekends or holidays. My mom really enjoyed the activities that Autumn Lake provided while making some new friends there. The staff at Autumn Lake was always very welcoming when I came to visit my mom.
