I went to look for a friend not too long ago and they improved a lot , the building inside looks very good, I saw people working, dinners served, someone at the front desk, ask for information, the rest room was clean. The place was clean and looking good. Outside the sign was very clear who they are. Parking space availability is there. This nursing home improveme alot.

Extremely upbeat and helpful staff. In my numerous experiences, staff is always very accommodating and willing to go the extra mile for the patient and visitor. If you are faced with the need for a full time convalescent home, I highly recommended this place.

My husband was admitted toGlen Hill middle of January after being released from hospital. He was released on the 23rd of April. Center released him without getting him to base line and was having medical issues. He was taken to hospital by paremedics by Friday afternoon. He was admitted to the hospital. During Friday night he was taken to intensive care because his blood pressure dropped. He was also diagnosed with C diff along with Colitis which he was suffering with. He should not have been released instead he should have been sent to he hospital. I was told we were lucky we got him there in time.Let me also say he had swollen abdomen . Sal, Heather and staff were great. They were fallowing the rules that was given to them. Totally disappointed and disgusted that he was discharged for rules. I take offence with Carla telling me he was cognizant when he was and telling me she called hospital and he was not in ICU. I do not have reason to lie. His white cell are high and red is low. He was only home before he got home. He could not get off couch and it took two people with him in wheelchair to be carried into the house. He was also not sent to the hospital while their so the info I was given today was incorrect He was sent to gastroenterologist who asked question and sent back with no answers. So next time person should get fact together before they speak. I don not anyone to face this again.***totaly the ball was dropped*** If someone is not getting better why deplete their medicare?

My name is Leigh. I am a resident of the facility and I love it here. Therapy has gotten me walking again and the CNAs and nurses are always helpful. Fernanda and Elsa are the best CNAs, Heather is a great nurse, Jenna from social work is so helpful, and Erin, Mark, Sonia, and Jeannie from therapy are the best around!
