The managers didn’t know what they were doing. There was a high turnover. There was not adequate training. You were left alone with clients to do med and tube feedings without any supervision, always shortstaffed. seem to care more about your tattoos being covered up than the care and well-being of the clients and the employees

I was at a dealership today getting my car repaired, and there was one of your workers here with a resident of your company. She is a younger black woman an she had a middle aged white man with her. She was very rude to him along with the company staff. She snatched the residents jacket from him after she told him to put it on and had an attitude with him. I'm sorry but someone who acts like that should NOT be working with special needs residents of your facility. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
