They don't pay their employees!!! I know someone that works there and most of the he waits weeks before he gets paid then they owe him more. This poor family depends on his check to live on so I've been helping them out. What a sad place. I'll never hire them...I put 1 star they changed it to 4. That alone tells you something about

Everyone at Aurora goes above and beyond to make you feel at ease when taking care of your family member Kenisha is an outstanding LVN. She listens to my dad and follows through without asking. I can tell God made her to do this work. She is kind, compassionate, and listens to her patients. My dad and I are both nurses so we have high standards…as anyone should…Kenisha is amazing and I’m so lucky she is taking care of my dad. I also want to recognize Jacquline and Sharon. The work these ppl do is hard and it’s hard to trust other ppl caring for your family. I feel confident knowing that the ppl at Aurora are caring for my dad.

The team did a fantastic job helping my grandmother. From start to finish they were very sterile and were very knowledgeable about my grandmothers diagnosis. My grandmother and I are very happy with the excellent services NYS home health care provided for her. Thank you guys!!!
