About Auburn Hill Senior Living - Assisted Living & Memory Care

Families consistently praise the staff's genuine warmth and attentiveness. Multiple relatives describe staff members as friendly, caring, and treating residents like family. The meals receive particular note, one family mentioned "chef quality" fresh food with variety, and activities programming is described as purposeful, with performers and scheduled events. The physical environment, including private apartments and scenic views, appears to enhance residents' comfort and mood.

Staffing levels, however, emerge as a significant concern in several reviews. Just had to blast them ... Serenity? Heck they cut the grass M,W,F from 10am to 3pm.
Impossible to enjoy balcony facing the reservoir ... four mowers, then four trimmers, then four blowers. Give it a rest. Let the grass grow half inch before giving it a hrooming.

Krystall keeps bugging me by email to drop a review so here goes
I do not recommend this place for anyone that has memory issues. They have no clue as to how to handle someone with memory issues. My mother died in this place from neglect because they had no clue how to deal with her dementia. my mother died in this place totally alone in 2020,
If you have a parent with dementia or any other memory issues you need to be their Advocate and help fight for them. They cannot do it alone and most people have no clue how to deal with them

When it came time to find a new home for my sweet mama, I promised myself I would spare no expense. I wanted her final chapter to be lived in comfort, dignity, and surrounded by love.

Auburn Hill Assisted Living gave us exactly that.

From the moment she arrived, the staff treated her like family. They were kind, patient, and attentive — not just to her needs, but to her heart. There was a genuine warmth there that you simply can’t put a price on.

Her room overlooked the lake, and one of her greatest joys was sitting by the window watching the geese glide across the water. Those peaceful moments meant everything to her — and to me.

Knowing she was safe, cared for, and living in such a beautiful, calm environment brought our family great comfort during a very tender season.

If you are looking for a place where your loved one will be treated with compassion, respect, and true care, I am deeply grateful for the love Auburn Hill showed my mama in her final days.

They didn’t just provide a place to live — they gave her peace, and they gave our family reassurance when we needed it most.

Sincerely, Johnn

I placed my mother here in Auburn Hill. This was one of the most stressful things I’ve ever had to deal with as I knew she didn’t want to leave her home. I visited so many assisted living facilities and didn’t get a good feeling for any of them, and then I found Auburn Hill. It was so different, so lovely and the staff seemed genuinely caring and all seemed to actually love their jobs. They were so helpful and supportive. She’s now been there for 4 months and she couldn’t be happier. She raves about the food, sometimes will not even let me take her out to eat because she doesn’t want to miss her mealtime there with her new friends! She tells me the staff goes out of their way to help her ALWAYS and literally thanks me every single day for finding such a nice place for her. I couldn’t be more pleased or grateful to Auburn Hill.

Auburn Hill turned out to be a great place for my dad. He was not happy about going to an Assisted Living Facility but everyone has made him feel welcomed and has helped him adjust. They check on him all the time and make sure he gets everything he needs.
The facility is absolutely beautiful and staff is so friendly. I think we made the right choice for him. There is so much for residents to participate in and outings to go on.
