I can not say enough good comments about this facility or the wonderful staff that works here. From the moment my family and I walked into WaterCrest we knew it was the best place for our mom. The staff were all friendly and helpful and genuinely seemed to enjoy working there. The other residents we met were also friendly and happy.<br>Stephanie in particular was so easy to talk to and made us feel more at ease throughout the whole process. She was open and honest in answering all our questions and concerns at that first meeting and has been indispensable in helping us to transfer mom to her beautiful new apartment.<br>We moved mom into WaterCrest today and for the first time in weeks, we felt at peace and knew we had made the right choice.<br>Thank you so very much to everyone there who helped us make this a positive experience for our mom, especially Stephanie and Patty. We appreciate all your help and support!! 💕

My aunt moved to Watercrest recently. She wasn’t thriving at home and we had to make a change. I am so glad we found this place. We have been treated like family from the start. Thank you Watercrest!

This place is amazing. My wife's grandmother turned 95 this year and we were able to secure an event room at the Watercrest to host a party for her. The Community Relations director Stephanie worked closely with us on the logistics. She was so gracious and wonderful to work with. All of the staff was very courteous and pleasant and the seniors living there were very nice to us as well. I'd say look at Watercrest for your senior living needs or if you're maybe thinking about hosting an event there in the future. Thanks again Stephanie and the Watercrest team.

Terrible parking situation. The little old lady that sits at the front desk (in the late afternoon) is not only rude, but outright lies to your face and creates problems that dont exist. Poor management overall
