I am beyond excited & grateful that my aunt Wanda & uncle Jermaine found an amazing home health care that fit’s our needs after months of seeking new services. Talk about hitting the jackpot! I have tried several companies for my in home care. I had been assured by other companies that they would be able to help me, yet the aides decided that they wouldn’t be doing anything for me that was above what their job description didn’t say. I’ve had others taking long “naps” while I was napping. Others said my laundry was too heavy for them to lift, yet I have my own washer and dryer. They wanted to be paid for just sitting around. Ms Crocker came to my home and sat down with me for over an hour. We discussed numerous things to make sure she had an idea of what my needs are. The following day my aide showed up ready to help me. There were things like walking my service dog, helping me by fixing nutritious meals. My aide pays attention at my dr appointments and relays things to my son and also giving me someone to converse with. If I’m struggling my aide fills the gaps. Ms Crocker calls several times a month to make sure things are going and if something isn’t right we discuss the issues with my aide in attendance, so there’s no questions. I’ve hit a winner with my aide thanks to Ms Crocker. If I have a question Ms Crocker is always available! I totally recommend Attentive Health Care Connections for your in home needs!
