My mom, Sheila, has been a resident of Atria in Tinton Falls for a year and a half now. My wife Kathleen and I visit every week and we are very happy to see our mom happy! Some of the things that she has told us about Atria that makes it so special is the friendship that the activities Director, Nicky, has provided. She is always there with creative ideas to entertain and keep the residents involved. The site director Diane, is always available to listen and advise whenever there are problems that the residents need to talk about. Atria of Tinton Falls provides a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that makes the residents feel at home. My mom highly recommends Atria as a secure comfortable facility for senior living.

After searching and visiting several senior living facilities, in the New Jersey area, the Atria Tinton Falls was the superior choice for my mother. Michael Tucker, Community Sales Director, went above and beyond by scheduling a last-minute facility visit, on a Sunday (his day off), for my mother and I to tour the facility. He also scheduled the nurse, Katherine Van Buskirk, to be available to conduct an initial mental evaluation of my mother to determine her level of care requirements. We then met the facility Director, Diane Karpus, who provided many insights to the staff qualifications and the day-to-day operations, which she guaranteed contributed to a very caring and loving environment. Everyone was very personable, which made our decision to move forward very easy. The next day we met Angela Bisking, Community Business Director, to finalize all documents, understand monthly costs, and decide on my mother's first day. Michael ensured all move in needs were met. Outstanding job by all.

I am an Independent Living resident here. All staff members are kind and courteous; lots of socialization and interesting programs and outings. Nice meal choices every day. Excellent housekeeping services and maintenance. I’m quite happy here.

A little about my background. I was raised in Brooklyn, New York. Out of high school, I enlisted in the US Air Force spending my time in the Air Defense Command behind radar scopes in New Jersey, West Virginia and the Distant Early Warning (DEW) Line on Canada’s Baffin Island. Upon discharge, I attended and graduated from Fordam University in the Bronx, New York with a degree in Accounting. I worked for Arthur Anderson and Company. In 1972, I opened my own practice as a CPA. Today I am retired, living in Atria Assisted Living in Tinton Falls NJ since August 2025 where I have made new friends, with similar tastes, and experiences. The management and staff at Atria are kind, caring and understanding of our needs. There are daily games and activities that provide physical as well as mental challenges in friendly competition. Family and friend visitors are welcome throughout the day. All religions are provided men of the cloth as well as resident prayer groups. Therapists of mind and body are available and tend to what ails you. I feel safe, comfortable, and cared for at Atria. If you decide to make a move to an assisted living and or memory care facility, I highly recommend Atria Assisted Living in Tinton Falls, N J. JC

I toured Atria in August when I was looking for an independent living facility for my father. Dad couldn't live alone anymore, the house had gotten to be too much, and he wasn't eating nutritious food. Lori at Atria was great - we discussed at length my Dad's preferences and personality. She wasted no time in sharing how they could meet those and even looking in the system to see who he might be compatible with to form new friendships. Dad had a love of model trains, and when we arrived to tour the apartment, they had framed photos of trains outside the door. It was a thoughtful detail that made the place feel like home already. the staff were great and residents I spoke with were very happy there. Ultimately, I did not choose Atria because my Dad (and his trains) needed a little more space and I know he wanted a full kitchen. But he would have been very well-cared for at Atria, and I would have felt comforted knowing he was in good, nurturing hands. I would recommend this facility to anyone.
