I took my mother to tour the Atria Chandler Villas this week and we had a wonderful experience. Katie first reached out by phone to set up a tour and get to know my mom and her needs better. When we spoke I mentioned it was my mom's birthday that day and when we showed up she gave my mom a a slice of cake, cute card, and book because she was a retired teacher. All of their facilities were nice and the staff and residents were kind, happy, and inviting. I would highly recommend you check this place out if you or someone you know needs an independent living option.

I have lived at Atria for over 4 years, on three different occasions. My first visit ended when I decided I would like to be in a larger apartment....also cheaper but no meals.<br>I quickly realized I had made a mistake and returned in about 10 months, and was warmly received.<br>The personnel at Atria are pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. The management team meets their responsibilities with a wealth of knowledge, warmth and kindness.<br>My second residency was terminated due to a health issue that was believed to be much more serious than the results of many months of testing revealed. However, my son reacted to what we believed was a medical issue of considerable concern, by building me an apartment and I moved for the second time.<br>My health is better than expected, and I was desperate from the isolation of moving to Casa Grande. Thus, I returned to Atria for my third residency. I was welcomed and assisted in finding a place to call home.<br>It is my understanding that I am the only three-time resident.<br>Atria is a warm and caring facility where it is easy to fit in. Though the property is dated, the apartments are well maintained, and the grounds are well kept.

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for Katherine Martin, the Sales Director at Atria Chandler.<br><br>Katie recently provided exceptional assistance during a complex move for a non-verbal gentleman with aphasia. Coordinating a transition from California to Arizona for an individual with these needs required significant effort, including managing flight arrangements and caregivers. Chandler Atria is the perfect place for independent seniors. Our mom was bored, lonely and wanted her independence. Although she loves her grandchildren- the sound of laughing kids running by was a bit more than she bargained for. Within just a couple of months moving in -our mom has gained much needed weight, regained her social life (lunches, shopping happy hour and concerts. Our family has been able to juggle needs of our mom and our young daughters. Chandler Atria has friendly, caring staff, immaculate environment, excellent food and transportation. Chandler Atria gives our mom the independence she deserves and us a peace of mind. She now understands s often too busy to talk but in a happy way!

If you are looking for Senior Living and want the independence to come and go as you please Atria Chandler Villas is perfect for you. You will have your own apartment, 1 bedroom or 2, with housekeeping each week, 3 meals a day that you order from a menu, several activities provided every day to choose from and a wonderful staff that provides your every need. You should come and take a tour and I think you will see what great things happen here. I think you will love it, I do.
