I highly recommend Ativo Senior Living! You will be welcomed as family and your loved one's needs will be met by adoring, very experienced caregivers. There is an abundance of daily activities for residents to participate in, dining is very good and all staff are very approachable and accommodating. Cost is very reasonable and the facility is very clean.

I recently had the opportunity to tour Ativo Senior Living community, and I was genuinely impressed from start to finish. The entire property is beautiful and clean. What stood out most to me was the staff. Everyone I met was friendly. Luis took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel at ease throughout the visit. The amenities and activities offered were plentiful, engaging, and encouraged social interactions. It truly feels like a place where my mother could enjoy life.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this retirement community. From the moment you walk in, you can feel that this is a place where residents are truly cared for—not just looked after, but genuinely valued as individuals. A huge part of that experience for us was Luis. He made both my mom and me feel like we were home the very first moment we met him. His warmth, kindness, and genuine care immediately put us at ease during what could have been a very emotional transition. My mom was honestly hesitant about moving into assisted living at first, which is completely understandable. But now, she absolutely loves it here. She feels comfortable, supported, and most importantly—at home. That peace of mind is something I’m incredibly grateful for. The staff across the board goes above and beyond. They are attentive, compassionate, and truly take the time to connect with each resident. The facility itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and filled with a welcoming, positive energy. There are always activities and opportunities to stay engaged, which has made such a difference for my mom. What stands out most is the consistency in care and the genuine heart behind everything they do. Whether it’s help with daily needs or just a friendly conversation, they show up with kindness every single day. If you’re looking for a place where your loved one will be treated like family and truly feel at home, I highly recommend this community.

I was searching everywhere for the right place to care for my mother who has dementia, and from the moment I spoke with Louis, the Executive Director, I felt completely at ease. He took the time to personally show me around, answer all my questions, and truly understand my mother’s needs. Since moving to Ativo, my mom has been doing incredibly well. She’s engaged in activities, more active, and genuinely happier. It’s such a relief to see her thriving. I’m so grateful for the care, compassion, and attention the team at Ativo provides. Words can not express the level of care and love this place provides for its people staying there as well as their families. I am beyond grateful for the director Luis, who has been exceptional with communication and overall care. The staff are all friendly and go above and beyond with providing care. My Mother has been here over a year and its the nicest possible place she can be in Yuma. The rooms are great! Plenty of space, and the food is fantastic. We are so glad we chose Altivo Senior Living of Yuma.
