Smell and odor from the door. As we walked through to the room, there were holes in walls, shower rooms broken and taped off. Holes in hallway walls with water lines exposed. No vents on any duct work. Holes in the bedroom walls, toilet seats with no screws so you slide and almost fall off. No trash cans in the rooms. Smoke detectors were beeping. Was taken to room and dropped off, no welcome or tour, introduced to anyone. My mom was refused her meds for 22 hours stating the pharmacy couldn’t deliver. including breathing treatments for COPD. I was lied to about them having meds for her. She was not checked on at all while she was there. Staff was rude and very unprofessional. They have been reported to the state board and they were there. I pulled my mom from this facility in less than 24 hours. Nurse turnover rate is terrible as well as inspections. Do not recommend.

Things may have improved in recent months. But the place is rundown, and staff have at times seemed burnt out, likely due in part to being understaffed.

The facility is nice! New flooring, and paint. It doesn’t smell like your traditional nursing home. It’s CLEAN! The staff are super friendly and there is always some activity going on. You can tell they care about their building with the amount of Rennovations they are doing. 5/5!

On a scale of 1-10 i give this place a negative 10. Staff is rude as heck. Rooms are outdated, light switches are crazy organized. Way worse than rancho manor!!!!!!
