They did great until they just didn't. They sent a person to my family to handle showers as they're unable to wash themselves. They had just undergone hefty and severe life-changing surgery, and cancer to boot. Lady didn't like the questions asked related to it, and put on a bit of drama to higher ups, instead of setting boundaries. Instead of sending somebody else, they were cut off and left in the dust and not offered alternatives. Edit: turns out it got worse. The head apparently bashed my family to the VA, and said there was a threat of violence. Which is showing more and more that this is absolutely deliberate and organized, targeted defamation. I would like to know why you have people who do this to completely disabled and helpless people. This is elderly abuse.
