Out of all the potential support we searched for and personally vetted, Assisting Hands became an obvious choice. They were the only resource that was owned and operated by people who were already in the "caring" business (vs owned by a tech startup or other non-related field). Since they have come on board they have only added credence to our decision, showing a commitment to my aging parents that exceeded my family's, and my parents' expectations. And they have never been easy to please. Pam, our trusted caregiver, is now simply part of our extended family. A+ on top of 5 stars.

I'm so grateful for the excellent quality of service Assisting Hands provided for my 84 year old mom who is a resident at Waterford Estates Senior Living Community. Michala was patient and professional in the conversations to determine the package that was best suited for my mom's needs. My father is 93 years old and bed ridden. My mom is 84 and my dads caregiver. It was getting to be too much for her to handle on her own but she was hesitant to get help. I convinced her to meet with Ira and Michala Bell from Assisting Hands. We were both very impressed with the services offered and the ability to customize the care my mom wanted. Once we started the care my mom was thrilled. My father has been admitted to the hospital several times and one of his nurses complimented my mom on how well my dads skin care was. She immediately told the nurse about the excellent home care she has and how attentive they are with keeping him comfortable and healthy. I would highly recommend Assisting Hands to anyone looking for a compassionate and professional home care service.
