Megan and Chris have worked for me for the past several months. They are diligent and hard workers. They take inisitive often. I have experienced several other caregivers over the past few years, but Megan and Chris are the best I have seen. I recomend them and assisting hands wholeheartedly.

My caregiver Megan is the sweetest girl. My family hired assisting hands to help me over night. Megan feels more like a capable friend coming over for a sleepover. She’s amazing at nail care. I was nervous at first but she is so gentle and patient. She watched over me all night and offered emotional support when I needed it. I highly recommend assisting hands and their wonderful caregivers.

Honestly, I don't know what we'd do without the team at Assisting Hands in Franklin. Mandy, Chris, Ellice, Bridget, and Ireland have made this whole process so much easier than I ever expected it to be. Finding good care for my mom was something our family was really nervous about, but this team has been wonderful from the start. They actually answer the phone, they keep me in the loop, and they show up when they say they will — which, if you've been through this before, you know is huge. My mom adores them, and I can finally stop lying awake at night worrying. If you're in Franklin or Middle Tennessee and looking into home care, just call them. You won't regret it. Our caregivers (Jeddi, Corderro, Tiffany and Eddie) at Assisting Hands Home Care provide exceptional care, compassion, and are very professional. They each treat my husband with dignity, patience, and genuine kindness every single day they are in our home. Their communication is excellent, and they always go above and beyond to make sure both of us feel supported. This is not just a job for them but an opportunity to pour into a veteran who served his country so selflessly for almost 20 years before being catastrophically injured in Afghanistan, while serving in the Army. The staff in the office is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. All of the girls work closely as a team and do their best to accommodate our specific and somewhat challenging care needs. They always treat us with the utmost respect. The owners Chris and Mandy have made our transition to home care in Tennessee almost seamless. I am truly grateful for the peace of mind they give me and highly recommend them to anyone needing dependable home care services.

My friend Judith has been using assisting hands and I couldn’t recommend a better company. Her caregiver Megan is such a sweetheart. She always accommodates me, even when she is busy taking care of my friend. She went through the trouble of picking up honey and bread for me on her way to work, even though she was coming to take care of Judith, not me. I trust that my friend is in good hands. Assisting hands sent me an amazing caregiver, Christopher, who tried to help me renew my license. They are a wonderful business.
