Unprofessional staff, turnover is bad and meals are tough to chew or are raw, management has attitude-tells you one thing but then does another. Beware they also just walk into your apartment whether you're there or not.

The food at Aspen Trails has become very poor in the last two years. When I first moved here almost four years ago I was concerned that I was going to gain weight because the food was so good. Now, I wonder if I will be able to find something I can eat because the selection is so bad. I often have to order a hamberger or eat a sandwich from the pantry selection (if there are any sandwiches there.) Many people complain about the food, but nothing is changing, They hire new cooks, but they just don't know how to cook apitizing meals.the rest of thefacility is resonable.

We moved our parents into Aspen Trail about a year and a half ago. The management and staff have been absolutely great to them. The food and building maintenance is awesome. We are so happy we found this place for them.
