I have a client who lives here ..... I think our biggest complaint is the kitchen the dishes are dirty there's bugs in the food and the food is cold when you complain to the director or management about it all they can say is we'll talk to the kitchen staff or we're getting it fixed I've been there over four and a half months with my client and it's still been the same thing I would advise anyone who goes there to definitely check out the dining area and ask to see what the kitchen looks like because knowing that you're drinking after someone else is completely disgusting I clean my clients cups with soap and water everyday before he eats out of them due to the fact that the dishwasher has been broken since forever

This place is truly wonderful! We moved my mother here a few months ago, and she has never been happier.<br>The décor is modern, fresh, and welcoming. According to my mom, the food is delicious, and every staff member we’ve met has been incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful.<br>Doug, the manager, deserves special recognition. He is one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet and genuinely cares about making this a wonderful place for residents to call home. His compassion and dedication are evident in everything he does.<br>I’m so grateful we found this community. Knowing my mom is happy, well cared for, and surrounded by such wonderful people gives our family tremendous peace of mind.

The facility is very clean and smells nice. The food/ kitchen needs help. The food is consistently served cold, even after complaints. On the 1st day of Hanukkah they served pork. Clearly no awareness or respect for the many Jewish residents.<br>Many of the residents are diabetic and have no options other than to receive carbohydrate heavy meals…

My Mom moved in after a few falls and clear indications that she had not been eating well or drinking enough water as well as generally being depressed and lonely. When we did the tour the staff knew her birhtday was coming up and they surprised her with flowers and a cake! Its been only about 3 weeks now and we can see a huge difference in my Mom's social activity, attitude and gneral strength due to eating properly with the fantasic meals provided on site. When I pop in for a visit she is almost always doing an activity; chair volleyball, excersice class, listening to live music etc. Great place so far. Was a difficult decision to move her here, but I see now it was absolutely the right one. Thanks for providing such a great place for our loved ones.
