Our dad stayed here for six months, and we are very thankful for the care he received. The staff were attentive, kind, and truly caring. Despite a language barrier, they went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and well cared for. Our family really appreciates the compassion and support they showed throughout his stay.

My father was at the rehab center for a few hours thanks God because the food was horrible pizza was cold, my father needed to use the toilet and coming out from a surgery and suffering with parkinson needed help and the PCA was not helpful at all. My mom had to help my dad to come out of bed.

I recently spent 3 weeks at the Armenian Center after a serious fall. I was more than pleased with the care I received. The administrative staff, the nurses and the physical therapists were all kind, respectful and greatly encouraging. I will miss many of their smiling faces and their thoughtful words. The facility is in a peaceful and attractive neighborhood. The grounds are well kept and the facility is extremely clean and fresh. I highly recommend this facility as a great place to rest and heal.

In September 2022, my family experienced an extremely sad and difficult decision to admit my 97 year old grandmother into a nursing facility due to challenges involving her dementia and a recent fall. The admissions director, Stephanie, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and truly put our minds at ease. Armenian Nursing and Rehabilitation is a smaller facility and all staff members regardless of their specific roles are outstandingly pleasant and empathetic. What I enjoy most about Armenian is that every staff member knows each resident and actually cares about the patients they serve. I visit several times per week and I am continuously impressed by the employees, the cleanliness of the facility, the food options, the overwhelming feeling that my grandmother is well-known and that she is receiving the care that she needs. This facility does not look at patients as a number but rather a human being. My family and I appreciate every team member at Armenian Nursing and Rehabilitation more than anyone knows!

This is a terrible facility. Their poor management of the Covid crisis resulted in many, many unnecessary deaths, including my Dad's. *Every time I called to ask about his condition, I talked with a different nurse. Many of these nurses were per diem and didn't know the residents. They were unclear as what his course of treatment would be. * Nursing staff turnover at this home has been a major problem for several years. * Residents waited far too long for a Covid test. The facility had the swabs and refused to have the nurses take the samples. If they had done this many deaths could have been avoided. * This facility is far too small to avoid transmission of anything contagious. The room are super small with two residents in a room. * During activities the residents are crammed together with literally no space between them. *Tray tables and activities materials are not routinely cleaned. *The nursing assistants are often very rude to the residents and family members. They are often on their cell phones or talking among themselves rather than to the residents. If you care about your family member choose another place.
