This place is the worst place I could have placed my loved one.. The best thing I did was remove her from this poorly ran facility. If you are looking for a clean organized place to have your loved one taken care of avoid this nightmare of a place at all cost

I was at Arlington residence just for physical therapy. The therapy staff was excellent. I progressed from a hospital bed to returning to work after 28 day.

This place is absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. Satanic graffiti was in my father's bathroom upon arrival, and the staff just scream and yell at the other residents. My father was kicked out in 16 hours after a court order to put him there.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Arlington Residence and Rehabilitation Center From the moment you walk through the doors, you feel a genuine sense of care, warmth, and professionalism that sets it apart from anywhere else. The facility is clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully run—but what truly makes it shine is the people. A special thank you to the new management team—you’ve brought in a whole new level of compassion, communication, and commitment. It's clear that you genuinely care about the residents and their families. The difference you’ve made is visible every day—in the smiles of the staff, the dignity and respect shown to the residents, and the calm, positive atmosphere that now fills the building. My family and I feel so much peace of mind knowing our loved one is in a place where they are treated like family. The nurses, aides, and staff go above and beyond. They are attentive, patient, and truly dedicated to providing top-quality care. Thank you again to the new leadership for raising the bar and turning this place into a home, not just a facility. Your hard work and heart are appreciated more than you know!

This is a great facility! Always clean and the care is very good. The administrator is very thorough and likes to know what companies are in her building. Jackie, the DON, is so sweet and good at what she does. Marissa the SW is also very sweet and great w the residents. Ms. Sandra at the front is the best hugger. She answers the door with a smile every time. I would highly recommend this facility for a loved one.
