EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful the staff needs to do so much better. Tonya was especially rude and not helpful when it came to the care of my family member. Not great at all

For short-term care, we had a wonderful experience here. After a life-changing surgery, my 84yo father-in-law with Alzheimer’s needed a place to rehab for a week, and they took wonderful care of him. I can’t speak highly enough of the staff and their caring personalities. Whenever we pushed the button for help they were there within minutes. The facility is spotless, the food is good, and everybody knew exactly what the needs were of my father-in-law because their daily communication is exceptional. Unfortunately, we’ve had awful experiences in several skilled nursing facilities in the past, It was refreshing to find one so organized and professional. Hopefully, we don’t need these services in the future but if we do, we would trust Arlington Health and Rehabilitation to take care of him again!

Overall, very poor experience. Unfortunately, my stay was almost 7 months long. I have to agree with other people reviewing this facility that they often run out of essential medication. Overall, the nurses were confident, but the CNA is locked, maturity, professionalism, and generally pleasant tempers. I can’t tell you how many times I was screamed at by them. The majority of patients There will probably die there because they’re so old. They Are deaf, have dementia, or are just accepting of what is going on. The food was incredibly awful and in some cases in edible. I ended up spending my personal income on some food to get complete nourishment.. In two months time I spent over $1100. There are no cameras installed anywhere on the property to my knowledge so anything can go on any room and you never know it. It’s unfortunate because the PT department is outstanding, and works very hard to compensate for the rest of the other departments in aptitude. Some of the nurses are dedicated also, but not all of them. Overall, the nurses come across as high strung, Nasty, and just plain mean at times. I could go on and on and on, but I think you get the general issues that residence can have there. I am so glad I’m out of there.

Great people, excellent care good food. Activities to keep people engaged with each other. Staff generally is more engaging than other places I've experienced. Would recommend especially for short term care. Haven't been here long enough to evaluate long term care yet. Will try to update a little later on that.

My father was placed here with hospice care. I cannot tell you enough how amazing this wonderful place is! They worked in coordination with hospice. They continuously checked in on dad and kept him clean and comfortable. Every single person we worked with here was kind, understanding and hard working. Their billing lady was shy when asking for payment. She's so nice! The social services help was over the top. The cleaning crews were always in touch with us asking if we wanted anything for ourselves as they cleaned the room. The assistants who fed and bathed dad were so sweet and gentle. Then those nurses! AMAZING PEOPLE! Every single one of them. They brought us a comfort cart ,,, several things to drink and snack on. That was very kind and thoughtful of all of them. Thank you guys for every single thing you did. There were a million tiny things!!! Kindness seemed to be the mission everyday!
