The staff is wonderful. The food is great. I would have liked to have coffee 24 hours a day, butt to cook doesn't get there till around 6:00. I know every morning I was up very early at 2 or 3 other people were there with me waiting on coffee. That's the only complaint I have. Everything else is five stars. I plan on visiting as soon as I get well enough. Thanks everyone.

My BIL was here. They claim they give each person $30 a month out their social security. My BIL passed last December 17th due their negligence with his J Tube. I've yet to receive the monies accumulated he received monthly. It's pathetic when a place steals from their residents. They stole his clothes throughout his stay, so it tracks to steal his money. Don't put a loved one in this place.

Wish i could give them 0 stars my mom was in their facility not even a full 24 hrs and she was found unresponsive and rushed to the er and put in icu, due to their staffs negligence. They knew they didnt have 24 hr respiratory staff, nor did anyone have training on how to care for patients with tracheas. My mom was a nonverbal patient who required someone to keep eyes on her due to her not being able to vocalize when something didn’t feel right and they had her in a room with no machines to monitor her heart rate,or the proper ventilator for her trachea. As I stated before my mom was a nonverbal patient, they were not checking on her frequently ( as they should since she had no one in the room to monitor her) so they didnt even know how long she was under my mom end up suffering, severe brain trauma and when we were notified, they told us she was down for 5 to 10 minutes but when we got to the emergency room they told er staff she was down for 20 to 25 minutes and we also found out her trachea was dislodged. If you want your family member to live and get better please don’t send them here. Thanks to them and their negligence I have no mother, but they will be getting served soon!

My mother is at Toulon Rhabilitation & Health Care Center and the staff treat her like she is family. The care is excellent. The staff are like my family to me now. The doctors are very caring and everything is taken care of. She eats healthy (they have good tasty food). She is very happy there. Thank you everyone!
