I am at a loss for words!! Never would I have imagined such a warm and welcoming establishment! I literally have to pinch myself to realize that this place is real! I've lived here and called this place home for some years now and I know that I'm getting immaculate care! I consider the people here family and I know that they feel same way about me!

I am always able to get help when I ask for it. I feel like it is a big family here. When my sister passed away, the staff was very supportive and helped me.

Terrible! They didn’t change the patient’s diaper. Dirty and smelly facility. When you asked for help they would ignore you. The physical therapy was little to none. Made it really difficult to transfer out of the facility when we realized how unpleasant it was. Witnessed a patient getting punched by another patient. Even the director of nursing wouldn’t return a call to help with concerns.
