The caring staff at Arc of Chillicothe made my dad’s last months of life good ones! I am grateful to all the people who not only did their job providing for his physical needs, but went above and beyond to help him, joke with him, bring him smiles, make him laugh and show him love and kindness. He had the best ending possible thanks to this team!

These are the most incompetent group I ever seen in my life their billing system is a scam Stephanie Lewis who is supposed to be in charge of billing which now supposed Arc claims that she has no affiliation with Elaine Healthcare which was the name of the original nursing home Stephanie Foster who told me in several emails that's she is no longer involved in billing decided to insert herself at our meeting, which didn't work
