Love Brittany...they are so great with patient care

Poop stained wash rags that are supposed to be used for washing residents, including their faces. I have never had to report so much neglect in my entire career. The facility itself is disgusting. The staff do their best but there are never enough CNAs for proper patient care. State is in the facility all the time because of how many complaints this facility gets. DO NOT send your loved ones here.

Don't send your loved ones here. They STOLE my medicine, sent me home without it, and refused to bring it to me, knowing i can't drive. Repeated phone calls and requests for my meds were ignored, and the last call they hung up on me. While there, i fell in the bathroom, and after pulling the emergency cord, i waited an HOUR and nobody showed up, i had to crawl to my bed. This is not the only occurrence of this type. They had a laundry there, and they lost 5 pairs of my socks, 4 pairs of underwear, and 3 brand new tshirts. The CNA'S are overworked, and most of them are rude. The food is horrible. The constant attitude of the staff and horrible environment is a testament to the lack of personalized care, and makes me wonder how they are still in business. Also, the old building is in horrible disrepair, and stains on the ceiling, and peeling paint are not uncommon. Unless you DON'T care about your loved ones, don't send them here. This is the Arcadia care in Havana.

The place is a dump, patients are neglected, have to stay in bed all day and the staff don't have a clue how to take care of patients, my friend needs his medication 4 times a day, he is lucky if he gets it 3 times, it seems they just to care, paint is literally falling off the walls and doors, the food is terrible, google shows they have nice rooms but that must be staged, this place needs investigated, will the owner please post your email so I can talk to you about this

Under staffed. RESIDENTS are neglected, poor management and clerical staff. Your nothing, just an income for Mark Petersen. I live there not because I want to, I have to. Don't put your loved ones here. Anyplace not affiliated with Petersen Healthcare.
