My brother has been at the Arbors at Carroll since November 2025 and we've been very happy with his care. Even though the facility is older the staff (care assistants, nurses, social workers/care coordinators, kitchen, office and therapy) have all been very supportive and attentive. Having experience with a couple other facilities in the Lancaster area, the care at Arbors has been much better compared to the others. Thank you Arbors for providing great care and dignity to my brother.

So impressed with the heart of the staff at Arbors of Carroll. Jen the admissions director always goes above and beyond to make sure they are the best fit for patients . Sydnie their SW is always 3 steps ahead providing resources and setting patients up for success once discharged home !
