Beth was absolutely amazing. Although she could not help me specifically but I appreciate her time and due diligence to ensure I had the resources I needed before I left. Heather was also amazing. They are so sweet. While my visit was totally different than the outcome I expected they were so sweet.

Update review July 9, 2026. My mom has been at Arbor Terrace for a year and a half, and to this day it is the best decision we made. She continues to participate in activities, outings and most importantly is receiving excellent care from all the departments. Mom is very happy with the staff at Arbor Terrace, a friendly and supportive community.

We are so happy to have found Arbor Terrace in Gambrills Maryland. My Dad needed assisted living in an upgraded facility. One which offers one on one care and also offers space to roam around. In addition to being a beautiful place, the food is outstanding and the staff is great.

My mother-in-law has been in assisted living at Arbor Terrace Waugh Chapel for 8 months. Very quickly, the staff all knew her name. She feels safe and is well supported in her daily routine. Weekly live music and frequent bus outings are a highlight. Onsite PT/OT/Speech is excellent. The dining room provides multiple choices for each meal, along with an “always available” list, and the servers quickly learn and accommodate resident preferences. We are so glad we chose Arbor Terrace Waugh Chapel.
