Billing department is horrible. Kept trying to bill us monthly instead of billing insurance. Local office changed to a purchase but billing kept pushing monthly bills the insurance denied because they billed incorrectly. We paid in full and they keep calling for payment but when they look into our account we have a zero balance. They have called 4 times in the last week. Billing is contracted out and company does not remove you from auto dialer even when account is paid in full. Local office is good, but Billing is a nightmare!

Great experience each time. Call with my needs and within an hour the products are waiting for pick up, service techs have done great job as well coming to our house. Mary at front desk, professional and very helpful, Sonny has your equipment ready and waiting.

Called a week ago my bill was 101 talked to them today and now it’s over $300 if you want pop-up bills and notified my phone and never received one in the mail go with this company. I am leaving this company and will never return.

The lady’s in the office are great. I’m traveling and forgot one the pieces I need for my Cpap. And they found one and gave it to me free. You guys rock.
