Do yourself a favor and start digging yourself a grave. This place is terrible!!!! The staff could careless about your needs. The rooms are 80 plus degrees and good luck getting your medication. My mother-in-law didn't make it 24 hours before us having to remove her. Wish I could give zero stars!!!!

Our mom stayed here in the transitional care for 21 days. Our family has dealt with many care facilities through the years. Apple Valley Village was excellent. Their social worker kept us informed and made us feel like we had choices and options. Their therapists got our mom walking again! We are so grateful for everyone’s efforts. Our family is so thankful!!

Visited my mom this last weekend in the first floor unit.. waited 90min for a call light to be answered so someone could help her to the bathroom. TWICE a non nursing staff member from housekeeping came in and turned off the call light and said they would get help and didn't.. they said it was company policy to go turn the light off and then tell a nurse (sounds like manipulating the clock system to make it seem like patients aren't waiting like they are)... sounds like it isn't in the best interest of patient care OR safety. I'll be contacting the State.

My review so far would be very poorly trained in pain management and I am not happy about that! The food is horrible! The room I am in is at least 95 degrees so it’s nearly impossible to feel comfortable. The beds are so uncomfortable!!!!!!
