My uncle fell in the shower and injured himself. No one called our family. He was admitted to the hospital then released to a different nursing facility without letting us know. Just to add, all of his belongings are missing including his cellphone. We will get justice!

For my personal experience at angel care I can honestly say things are slowly but surely coming together, from when I first came here till now things are so much better, it is something’s that still needs work, but from my personal journey here I can say it’s improving and I’m happy to be apart of the improvement.

I moved my uncle to Angel Care back in August of 2023. The place has been wonderful. The staff are so easy to talk to and so good to the residents. My uncle is very happy here. Doris the administrator is wonderful. Her and her assistant LaTisha are always available if needed and always willing to help. The other thing I notice is most of the residents I encounter always seem to be so happy which says a lot about a place. Thank you Angel Care for being a safe and great place for uncle to live.

Angel Care was very good to my cousin Tony. The facility was his home for almost 9 years. Tony was a special needs person and continued to go down hill living on his own. By moving into Angel Care, he had all his needs met and gained a family through the staff. It was a relief to know that he was safe and sound and being taken care of. If he didn’t like something, he was very vocal about it. He didn’t say anything bad about the facility. He loved the staff and they were very good to him. This was especially evident when he had to go into hospice care this past Spring. Not long before he passed away this summer, hospice shared with me how good the staff was good to him…going out of their way to make foods that he might eat…things like that. I truly appreciate all they did, and I’m glad that the last years of his life were as good as they could possibly be, due to the staff and administration of Angel Care!

Wish I had known that most of the reviews are from people who review facilities across the country and are not from ACTUAL people with experience with the facility. It's amazing how many moms or aunts one person claims to have! In all seriousness, the care here was less than adequate. Short-staffing patterns led to late or missed medication distributions. They often ran out of food and residents were lucky to get a bologna sandwich. I could go on and on about my family member's awful experience here. I encourage anyone interested in this place to do a tour and talk to the residents about their real experiences here!
