Although I truly believe The Lord walks along many of the staff of this facility, a few individuals behaviours bordered on Sadiistic. I could never put a loved one in this facility since; not only did I barely survive it, but I can't imagine someone getting the care they needed here who lacked the ability to advocate for themselves. To Stephen, Vanessa, Ashley, Skye, the PT staff,, and so many others who truly cared, May The Almighty Continue to Guide your steps. To the Sadistic individuals who seemingly could care less about patients: May The Lord Have Mercy On You. Please do not place a loved one here.

Last week when I was visiting, I was visiting my grandmother and Debra was a great help and made my visit easier. She is very professional and it was easy talking to her. She showed sympathy and compassion towards my grandmother and her health.

My aunt was admitted on Tuesday evening. The care is horrible. Her teeth never got brushed it was Saturday morning. I was yelled at when entering building. I did not see one aid or nurse for over 35 minutes. I walked around looking for one. The sheets don’t get changed. They leave the people in beds. Don’t dress them. I have requested for four days the same thing to be done and everyday I come not done. I am a Lpn and have worked in nursing homes this is not how we treat elderly people. Shame.
