This is one of the most prestigious luxury most beautiful long-term care home I have ever witnessed. I am a travel nurse of 12 years management and never seen a building so clean to the point where you can eat off the floor. It smells so lovely from the moment you walk up to the door until you exit out the back I cannot applaud Bayou palms assistant, living in memory care enough, the staff from the director Andrea to the ED they are beyond words words can’t even explain how wonderful this facility is. It makes me smile each and every day I have the opportunity to walk through those doors it brightens my day. I would love to stay here if I had a chance.

We feel very blessed and are grateful that we found Bayou Palms ALF in St Pete for my mother. Every staff member with whom I interacted was approachable, attentive, and compassionate. When visiting their facility, I was always greeted warmly and felt welcome. The directors are patient when listening to your needs and are dedicated to providing solutions to any issue at hand. Even monthly meetings are held for the residents to hear their needs and concerns. My mother spoke highly of all the hard-working aides and staff and I truly appreciate all the work they do. The activities director kept my mother engaged and socializing with everyone in the daily activities room and even created a delightful garden for the residents. The peace of mind that I had knowing my mom was cared for is priceless. Thank you to everyone at Bayou Palms for creating such a safe, caring, and peaceful community.

My dad is here. Nice place extremely clean. Amazing staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Gives me peace of mind knowing my father is so happy here he barely allows me to take him out which says allot. 😊 The facility is beautiful and gives a "at home" vibe not like those of the past. Highly recommend 👌🏽
