My family has been working with Andrew Home Care, LLC. We are beyond grateful for the care our caregiver—Ben—has provided to my dad, who is living with dementia. From the very beginning, he has shown extraordinary patience, kindness, and genuine compassion. He treats my dad with dignity and respect at all times, meeting him exactly where he is with calm reassurance and understanding. His attentiveness to my Dad’s needs—both physical and emotional—has brought our family incredible peace of mind. He communicates clearly, notices subtle changes, and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure his comfort and safety. Most importantly, he builds trust, which is so vital when caring for someone with dementia. It is rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a warm, caring heart.
